Ingredients
Truffle sclerotia mexicana, water, dietary fiber, carbohydrates, minerals (e.g., potassium, phosphorus), proteins.
Containing a constant amount of psilocybin of 1-2 miligram per gram of fresh truffles.
The truffles have a shelf life of approximately 2 months.

How to use
Mindful Microdosing
Take a dose every second day, in the morning, preferably on an empty stomach.
On your first dose day, listen to the first class. Hereafter we advise you to take one class per week, but the pace is yours.
- Cut open one dose of truffles or start with ½ a dose to try the effect*.
- Swallow your truffles with a glass of water & and log into your Mabel App for all your ressources.
- After 30-50 min. you can start to benefit from the power of microdosing.
Remember, this is a subperceptual dose, so you will not feel under the influence, but most will feel an effect.

Trying this program has already been so much fun. The dosage is really nice as it makes me feel activated but not influenced. Together with the app I feel like I am being more mindful than before, more organized and focused on my health.
The app really blew me away. You have a conversation with your diary and it (AI?) replies in ways that encourage you, comfort you and give nee pushes in directions I wasn’t thinking of before. The packaging is really nice, the presentation of the product also. But I’m not sure about the product as I couldn’t notice any effect on me, but I’ll give it another try.
