2. General
   By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase any products from us. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

3. Products and Services
   Mabel sells food supplements through our Shopify platform. The information on this website, including product descriptions and advice, is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider before using any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a pre-existing condition.

4. Disclaimer Regarding Legality of Truffles in the Netherlands
   The producing, selling, possession, and use of psilocybin truffles are legally allowed in the Netherlands, as the United Nations has provided an exception for these natural products in its Commentary on the Convention on Psychotropic Substances (Article 32, par. 12). Mabel operates fully compliant with the laws of the Netherlands.

5. Shipping Psilocybin Truffles Outside the Netherlands
   Psilocybin truffles are lawfully marketed in the Netherlands, which means that they can be sold in other EU countries as well, according to the mutual recognition principle established within Regulation (EU) 2019/515 on the mutual recognition of goods lawfully marketed in another Member State. Therefore, Mabel is legally allowed to sell and ship its products to citizens residing in EU countries. It remains the customer’s responsibility to check whether the possession and use of psilocybin truffles are allowed in their own jurisdiction, as other EU countries and local authorities may have imposed prohibitions and/or restrictions regarding psilocybin truffles. Customers are aware that these prohibitions and/or restrictions may exist or may be introduced by local authorities.

6. Usage and Liability
   The customer agrees to use the products according to the guidelines provided with the purchase and on the product packaging. Mabel is not liable for any misuse of our products. If the user fails to follow the provided instructions, any consequences are the sole responsibility of the user. Should you experience any discomfort or adverse effects after using our products, discontinue use immediately and seek advice from a healthcare professional. The Microdosing Products should not be used under the following conditions:

   • by people younger than 18 years old;
   • while pregnant or breastfeeding;
   • while consuming alcohol or using recreational drugs;
   • experiencing extreme traumatic life events;
   • suffering from a mental illness; and
   • suffering from heart problems.

7. Health Disclaimer
   The statements on this website and the products we sell have not been evaluated by any medical authority. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Any information provided by Mabel should not be used as a substitute for advice from a licensed healthcare professional.

8. Disclaimer Regarding Data Collection and Data Sharing
   I agree that Mabel anonymizes my personal data and subsequently retains this information, including my answers to Mabel’s questions after my five-week program. I understand that Mabel may transfer this anonymized data to third parties in the future. Mabel can use this data for internal research purposes, contributing to insights on the effects of psilocybin truffles on mental health, brain performance, hormonal health, and women’s health. As a result, the potential therapeutic benefits of psilocybin truffles and the safety of its use can be further maximized. In order to provide our services for your well-being journey, Mabel must process a limited amount of your personal data. This personal data, necessary for the execution of our agreement, includes, inter alia, the answers to the necessary questions prior to and after the five-week program. Other personal data may include thoughts and feelings shared on the Mabel App during and after the program, as you have lifetime access to the Mabel App. This data may include health data. Please refer to our privacy statement for more information regarding the anonymization of your personal data, your privacy rights, and data transferring.

9. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mabel, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website. Our liability for any valid claim related to a purchased product is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maastricht, Netherlands.

11. Intellectual Property
    All content on the Mabel website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is the property of Mabel. Reproduction, distribution, or any use of the content without prior written consent is prohibited.

12. Amendments
    Mabel reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.
