On Saturday, 20 June, from 10:00 to 13:00, Mabel moves closer to you, into the garden at Eindstraat 37, 3630 Maasmechelen, where we gather to reconnect with ourselves and each other.
In this open‑garden session, we create a gentle space to return to our inner world, to breathe, to soften, and to look at life with an open heart. Together, we will speak about what microdosing truly is, break the stigma surrounding it, and share how this earth medicine has supported many on their path toward more self‑love, less anxiety, and a deeper sense of healing.
What is Mabel?
Mabel is built on a simple belief: fungi aren't a trend; they're kin. An ancient and intelligent kingdom interwoven with human life. We translate that relationship into radical wellbeing: potent functional mushroom rituals, grounded in nature and refined by science, designed to restore clarity, balance, and a deeper connection to the self.
Mabel in the Garden is one of those rituals. A small, held gathering where you are never alone, never rushed, and always supported.
At Mabel in the Garden, microdosing is one tool in a larger ritual. It is held within ceremony, with intention, and alongside community. It is entirely optional, soft, and guided throughout. If you prefer not to try it on the day, you are warmly welcome to take your microdose home instead.

How you might feel
Microdosing works subtly. You remain grounded, clear, and yourself. Many describe it as a gentle softening rather than a shift.
Colours feel more vivid, conversations deeper. Your attention becomes more fluid and open. |
|
A gentle lowering of barriers to authentic connection. Easier to laugh, to be vulnerable, to feel seen. |
|
Taste, touch, and scent may feel heightened. The garden becomes more textured and alive. |
|
No hallucinations, no dramatic shifts. You remain in control. Just more present in your own life. |

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know before you arrive.
Yes, you can drive while microdosing. However, we recommend that you don't drive the first time you microdose. Also keep in mind that microdosing is a psychotropic substance, and if you feel different, you might not want to get behind the wheel. Always make mindful choices.
Yes, absolutely. Mabel’s Mindful Microdosing is created to help you optimise your normal day and life, not take you away from it. In fact, one of the most reported benefits of microdosing is increased creativity, focus and concentration.
No, if you ask if they think you are high or under the influence, then no! If you ask if they will slowly begin to perceive a new, happier, and more secure you, then yes, absolutely.
Microdosing affects everyone differently, and we always encourage listening to your own body, responsibilities, and professional environment. If you work in a role with strict workplace policies or safety-sensitive responsibilities, we recommend checking your company guidelines and approaching the experience thoughtfully and responsibly.
Standard workplace drug tests do not typically screen for psilocybin, and it usually leaves the body relatively quickly. However, testing standards can vary, so if you work in a profession with strict testing requirements, we encourage you to make an informed and responsible decision before participating.
About Pernille

Mabel is personal to me. Mushrooms didn't enter my life as a trend. They entered as a turning point.
For years, I struggled with low self-esteem, fractured focus, terrible sleep, and the constant sense of not being enough. I reached a point where I no longer trusted my own instincts. Then I found fungi, and what began as curiosity became a rebuilding. The anxiety softened and left. Focus came back. Sleep deepened. And I began to trust myself in a way that went far beyond repair.
Somewhere in the middle of that process, one question kept rising: if fungi can do this, why isn't this kind of support already out there?
So here we are. I built Mabel to share what I got back through this journey. The clearest way I can name it: my own power. Over my thoughts, my patterns, my life.
