Focus & Energy Bites

Brain fuel, ready to go. Great for busy mornings or mid-morning slumps.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rolled oats

  • ½ cup nut butter

  • ¼ cup honey or date syrup

  • 10g Mabel Morning Coffee

  • 2 tbsp chia or flax seeds

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients until combined. Roll into small balls and chill. Store in fridge for up to one week.

5 g corresponds to the Mabel Dosing Spoon marker. If doubling the recipe for yourself and a loved one, use a full spoon. If you haven’t purchased the Mabel Dosing Spoon, 5 g is approximately 1.5 teaspoons (not heaping).
