Coffee Yoghurt Bowl

A calm energy breakfast to start your day clear and focused.

 

Ingredients:

  • 5g Mabel Morning Coffee

  • ¾ cup coconut or Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp almond butter or tahini

  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

  • Chopped nuts, cacao nibs, or seasonal fruit

Instructions:
Whisk Mabel Morning Coffee with a splash of boiling water until smooth. When slightly cooled, stir into yoghurt along with almond butter and maple syrup. Top with your favorite crunchy or fresh toppings.
