Baked Pears with Midnight Cacao Glaze

Warming, grounding, and rich in antioxidants.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pears, halved and cored

  • 5g Midnight Cacao

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee

  • Sprinkle of cinnamon

  • Optional: drizzle of raw honey

Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F. Melt coconut oil with Midnight Cacao and cinnamon. Brush over pears and bake 15–20 mins until soft and caramelized. Finish with honey if desired.
