Morning Manna is easy to use - I add it to my coffee in the morning - and after a few days of use it is already working very well. No more midday slump, I'm fit for the stressful everyday life all day until late in the evening
The Morning Manna gives me energy in the morning and mental focus throughout the day. It's not like a sudden surge of energy (like when you drink a cup of black coffee), but more like a gradual feeling of well-being and focus that stays with me throughout the day. It took a few days for me to really start feeling the effect, but now I can feel it and it is a distinctive feeling that I associate with energy, enthusiasm, clarity, focus... (nothing else has changed in my life, and that's why I think it is related to my new Morning Manna routine).
I use morning manna in my porridge in the morning and after using it for about 2 weeks, I notice better focus throughout the day, fewer crashes in the afternoon and if then less intense, and also better sleep.
